If you've never used our client/billing interface before, it's easy to get started.
1) †Click here to visit the†Forgot Password link to re-set your password. †Please use the email address that our system emails invoices to.
2) †Check your email for the Forgot Password re-set link, click and reset your password.
3) †Once your password is reset the system provides a link to continue into the client/billing interface.
Paying an invoice is even easier. †Once logged in you can click on the Billing menu up top and choose My Invoices.
You can pay an invoice individiually by clicking the invoice and choosing the payment method at the top right corner of the invoice displayed.
You can pay all due invoices at once by clicking the green "Pay All" button at the top left area of My Invoices.
If you wish to setup a recurring credit card profile, visit the Billing menu and go to Manage Credit Card. †This will allow you to securely store a payment token (We never store your actual credit card information) and use for future billings. †To ensure proper setup, please click here to†open up a ticket with us so we can change you from Check payment to Credit Card payment. †This lets the system know to automatically charge your card.
